Pete was born and raised in Fairfield, CT. He grew up in the church and trusted in Christ at a young age. Pete played football in high school and college until God called him away from from football during his junior year. This brought the opportunity to work at ESPN during his final year in college. Pete was trained and mentored at South Shore Baptist Church in Hingham, MA, where he had many opportunities to develop  his gifts in preaching/teaching and discipleship. Pete has completed his M.A. in Religion concentrating on Biblical Studies and is pursuing his M.Div at Southern Seminary. Pete, his wife Sammy and their two kids Joey and Ava, now reside in Taunton. He enjoys hiking, sports, athletic endeavors, the New York Giants, reading, and barbecues. 


Grant Goodenough grew up on the South Shore of Boston. He and his wife, Kate curently reside in Warren,RI and recently welcomed thier first son, Carter. They love to exercise, spend time outdoors (especially the beach and the mountains) and time with friends and family. They love the Boston sports teams, and enjoy exploring all of the beauty of New England (and beyond!) He has a heart for what God is doing here in New England and believes in the gospel shaping community, discipleship and that all of life is ministry.


Katie is from the small town of Acushnet, MA where she grew up attending her local church. She started attending WSBC as a member in the spring of 2017 and immediately started singing for our worship team. She currently resides in Berkley with her husband Jaren and their two sons, Joshua and Wyatt. She enjoys quality time with her family and friends, traveling, music, and crafting.
